WABA stands for WhatsApp Business API. It is the official, verified channel for businesses to send messages, broadcasts, and templated communications to customers at scale. Without WABA, you are limited to a personal or free Business app account and cannot legally run cart abandonment, transactional notifications, or large-scale broadcasts.
All three. The right BSP depends on your region, volume and tooling. During intake we recommend the best fit; you stay the account owner and can move providers later without losing your phone number.
Provisioning typically takes 7–10 business days from when you supply Meta Business Manager access, a verified business address, and a clean phone number. We handle the back-and-forth with the BSP and Meta.
Yes. Everything is provisioned under your Meta Business Manager and your BSP account. We are listed as a collaborator only for as long as you want.
Yes. The Catalog Kickstart and WABA Launch plans include catalog build from spreadsheets, CSV exports, or your existing Shopify / WooCommerce store.
